Synopsis - FINAL IDEA
My film is about a homeless person or "tramp" into thinking they have killed many of innocent people for money. The homeless person was set up my a secret FBI or Goverment agency because they were after important files that could be found in 10 houses of people that worked for a terrorist rivalry agency. The homeless person is a cover up allaby for the REAL murderer that worked for the FBI/Goverment agency.
The vagrant has been finding money and murder weapons on him, he/she finds a way of hiding up the murder weapons and keeps the money, even though they dont know where it has come from. The vagrant uses the money wisely to buy new clothes, shoes, suits, haircuts and breifcases, then later investing in a property and finding themselves a job.
The vagrent is not completely off the streets and is starting to enjoy his 'perfect' life. What else would he want hes got money, a house and a car. Nothing else could be asked of by the ex homeless man. He was content with his life and needed nothing more, he was a man of luxury. UNTIL....
Thigs started going wrong for him, he began to develop schizophrenia and went phycho! he started drinking excessivly and suspicions were raised about him being the killer. The vegrant had to prove his innocents to the FBI /Goverment agency so that the murders would stop. The lives of 10-20 people were in his control.

Age Certificate Research
BBFC is the British Board of Film Classification, this organisation classify each film so they are suitable for certain ages
U - Certificate film is suitable for all audiences.
PG - Which stands for parental guidance; is suitable for most children at the age of 8 or over. The parent is encouraged to consider whether it is suitable for their child especially if they are more sensative for example.
12/12A - Is recomended as not suitable for children under 12 years old, however if accompanied by a parent or guardian the child may watch the film, the responsibility of effects on the child lies with the parent or guardian
15 - Nobody under the age of 15 may view a 15 rated film and are not aloud to buy or rent a 15 film. Most films of this certificate include; Sex scenes, Violence and Strong language
18 - Nobody under the age of 18 may view a 18 rated film and are not aloud to buy or rent a 18 film. In the 1998 human rights act it is stated that Adults may choose their own entertainment, however exeptions are made when the film contains material gathered illegaly and if the material is believed to harm the individuals pyschological characteristics or if sexual violence is involved.
'R18' films are only to be shown in specially liscensed establishments and cannot be purchased on the internet or by phone etc. These usually contain strong sexual content including fetish. These films may encourage an interest in sexually abusive activity.
Character ideas
In my film opening i need to include a burgla/murderer. My burgla will be dressed in black/dark clothes with a blaclava and a weapon. This will create a realistic scene for the film opening. The reason i have used this character in my film openning is to trick the audience into thinking the vagrant is the murderer in the film, but he/she isn't.
My burglar is seen breaking into someones study where they find important documents that they need along with a sum of money, the burglar then kills the owner of the documents and money!
The main character in my film is the homeless person that is being set up by a secret agency into thinking he/she is murdering loads of innocent people for money. A homeless person was chose as it will make the audience suspect them more, also it gives a reason behind the money involved in the murders that will later on result in the act of karma striking!

Film Idea
The idea for my film is some type of homeless person or drunk would be rummiging through bins and they would come across a rich man at the side of the street, the man asks for help as he is dying. The Homeless/drunk hessitates weather he/she should help the dying man. The dying man offers the vagrant a large sum of money to call an ambulence. The vagrant then has to decide weather he takes the money and runs, or to refuse the money but help the man. This is all a test because if he makes the wrong decision bad things will happen to him/her, like karma.
The vagrant decides to take the money and run, leaving the man to die. The vagrant then decides to spend the large sum of money wisely. The Vagrant is no longer homeless and walks around in suits with breifcases, all is well until karma stikes and he has to choose between life or death.

Dawn of the Dead - CREDITS

In Media we looked at the 'Dawn of the dead' Opening credits, i found these credits fitted in really well with the film as it is a horror film about a zombie outbreak. The music 'Death' by Johnny Cash that was used relatied to the Genre as the lyrics quotes; "The hairs on your arm will stand up. At the terror in each sip and in each sup. For you partake of that last offered cup, Or disappear into the potter's ground. When the man comes around." these lyrics suggest fear and terror, this is shown in the opening credits of 'Dawn of the dead' where there are clips of riots, news reports and mahem. The opening credits also relate to the film as the Names of people involved in making the film such as Actors, Procucers and costume designers ect.. appeared on the screen and after a few secconds the letters turned into blood and ran across the screen.
It is important to have effective Opening credits in my film as the more they relate to my film the more professional my film will look. I Plan to do very similar Opening credits to dawn of the dead as y film has an element of horror in it. My film is about bad things happening to a man after he makes a bad choice in his life and like 'Dawn of the dead' it could be a good thing to develop from if i was to include clips from youtube of mahem, riots and police.
